This
new approach in my style could indicate a radical change
after Sentimentalism.
Absolutely
NOT.
Aura'stoids
is a pleonasm of my imagination.
I
allude to the asteroids, which are the stars' hair and
give them all their elegance.
With
Sentimentalism, I observe my fellow human beings and
try to paint their feelings through their gestures.
With
the Aura'stoids series, my new target is the aura.
I
filter the characters or the situations with the canvas,
thanks to the omnipresent gestures, to show the invisible
part which is in everyone.
The
form of the aura's hair is given by the different "splinters".
Man
cannot materialise this aura, this charisma that belongs
to the other but… isn't it what irritates us and pulls
us apart?
